ONLINE RESERVATIONS

The "Terrace Safari" (Safari Field) is 26 campsites with water, 30 amp electrical service and picnic table located in a beautifully landscaped area. The Terrace Safari has it's own 24' x 20' pavilion with 9 picnic tables. It also has 2 large fire-rings surrounded with park benches.


Groups are very important to us at Water's Edge. For this reason, we have compiled this information explaining the special benefits and rates that apply only to groups. These benefits and rates reflect a huge savings to the group.


Discounts (Holiday weekends excluded) - During prime camping season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount off the normal camping rate. Also, the "wagon-master" (leader of the group) will camp for FREE* with 10 or more rented sites! Off-season, the rate are already discounted and will not be discounted further. The wagon-master will still camp for FREE* with 10 or more rented sites.


Deposits - A $100 deposit will hold the number of sites required for your group. We MUST know how many are coming 10 days in advance of your arrival date. You will be held responsible for the payment of the total reported to us at that time.


Pavilion Facilities - In the event that there are two or more groups, the Terrace Safari facilities must be shared & usage times must be worked out between groups. Absolutely no fires are allowed on the grass areas of the safari field.


Other Fees - Persons arriving early (if your site is ready) or departing late (with prior permission) will be charged $4 per hour payable at check-in. As a benefit, we do not charge groups for children under 16. People over the age of 16 are considered adults and will pay the overnight adult fee.


* In return for the free site, we ask that the wagon-master be responsible for counting the number of sites required by polling the members of the group. This reduces the likelihood of deposit and/or free site forfeiture.

Wagon-Master Tip - Through experience, we've found that if you collect a deposit from your members in advance, you'll have a greater turnout for your stay!
