Whether you're looking to give camping a try without having to make a large investment of a camper, or if you're just looking to get a camping experience but don't have a camper, we have the answer! Water's Edge offers seven rental camping units available. We have two 42' Salem Grand Villa park model campers, a 41' Wildwood DLX park model camper, & four (4) 11' x 24' camping cabins. Each unit is different and priced as such. Below, each unit is outlined with detailed information about accommodations and price.
Please note: For the enjoyment of all guests, there is No Smoking allowed in any of our rental units, and pets are allowed only in rental units R3, R4, R5 & R6 (additional $100 cash pet security deposit required, maximum of 2 pets).
RENTAL UNIT DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES
All rental prices are based on two adults and three children under the age of 16. All rental units sleep a maximum of five individuals. Fees apply for additional adults and/or children. We allow no more than four adults per site/rental unit.
Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. A $100 Security Deposit will be required at check-in. This Security Deposit MUST be paid in Cash only. After departure, the unit will be inspected and if left in accordance with our cleaning regulations and no damage to said unit/site, we will mail your refund of the Security Deposit via check.
We require 30 days advance notice of cancellation to receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. Last minute cancellations (less than 30 days), no shows, late arrivals, early departures due to inclement weather or personal reasons will forfeit any payment(s).
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
CAMPING IS AN OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE, THEREFORE WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS DUE TO THE DISCOMFORTS OF NATURE.
